I had a thought about something over the weekend (17 hours of alone time will do that to a person).

The church is against gay marriages because it goes against what the bible says. But what I don't get is this: God created man*. God created man's attitudes and all their little quirks. Therefore, by default, God created gays (and everything between gay and straight). Sooooooooooooo....if God made people gay, why is it "wrong" in the eye of the church?


*man being a general term for human beings (PI, I know...but too bad)

If you are going to be a true Christian, then you should get yourself an original bible. Maybe the Vatican has one. Call 'em? I'm not sure if you'll be able to decipher it though. You may be able to translate it into what you THINK is what it says as others have done in the past.
