I had a thought about something over the weekend (17 hours of alone time will do that to a person).

The church is against gay marriages because it goes against what the bible says. But what I don't get is this: God created man*. God created man's attitudes and all their little quirks. Therefore, by default, God created gays (and everything between gay and straight). Sooooooooooooo....if God made people gay, why is it "wrong" in the eye of the church?


*man being a general term for human beings (PI, I know...but too bad)

My friend and I were talking about this the other day. I have gay uncle...s and I'm for gay marriage, but my friend is completely homophobic. She brought me the bible and told me to read it to show how "wrong" homosexuality is. It was quite amusing, because she got so mad. But you guys are deffinately right about everything you said.
I'm not religious at all and this is one of the reasons why. There is something wrong (in my opinion) with every religion.

Yup. I feel the same way.
When I talk to people I can stand, I explain to them my idea of going to church and religion. As you can tell by my name, I love to camp. Camping is my form of going to church and recharging.

Yeah. This girl is one of my best friends. She's homophobic and a racist, which are the two things that I strongly don't believe in.

Camp is the greatest thing ever invented...besides quads and Lifted Ford trucks.

how about lifted trucks in general?
I will say, I'm a fan of the older Ford trucks...the boxy, sits higher than hell STOCK, and are just cool.

Yeah lifted trucks in general; I don't like chevys though, Dodges are awesome. But I love Fords. Tuesday night we bought a 2000 F-250 crew cab, long bed, superduty, V10, 4X4. I'm excited. I really want a 1992-97 F-250-350 4x4 diesel with a 9 inch lift and 44 inch tires. Black crew cab, long bed. That's my dream truck.

Yes a diesel. We have a V10 right now, but it's not a diesel.
