Jan. 14th, 2004 09:43 amI should probably post something usefuul in here since I don't very often.
Perhaps I'll ramble between rounds of Freecell.
On a whim, I did a search for houses in the area. Wishful thinking if you will. I found one not too far from where I work. Also conveniently located directly between two college campuses. HMMMMMMMMMMMMmm *scratches chin*. On one hand, I could buy the house and live in it. On the other, I could continue living at home, buy the house, and rent it out paying off the mortgage in a fraction of the time. Baring in mind, I have no knowledge of what it takes to be a landlord, or any of the legalities.
It would be quite strange of me to buy a house and not live in while, since I AM almost 24 and still living with my parents. The justifications of renting an apartment just don't amount to much when I could own a house for less money, but more responsibilities.
HMMMMMMMMMMMMM...what to do...what to do...
Oh yeah...throw in the fact that at this given time, I can't AFFORD the house, but that's just details.
