Here's the scoop.
I ordered a tongue ring from them, and they sent it to me, along with someone else's order.
They had already sent out a replacement order when I emailed them about the error.
They were so happy about me letting them know that they gave me a free piece of jewelry up to $10.
So yeah...be kind and spend lots of money there
