Yeah, you read that right. I want to smoke a fattie.

No, not that fattie. The fattie I refer to is one of those 1lb rolls of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage.

The next time I do some smoking, which will hopefully be soon (I'm thinking pastrami), I'm going to do up a couple rolls of sausage.

You tease me so. That's on the list of things to try as well.

I've done ribs a few times, but I need to get my heat more even from end to end. I've got a couple things I want to try that others have done and they worked. I need to seal things up a bit more too. I'm trying to find high temp silicone and other materials to do it relatively cheaply (to at least try it first).
