So it's been almost a week with the c-pap. I've switched over to using the mask I got at the last study. It's sadly better than the nasal pillow (the nasal pillow's smaller, but the mask is more comfortable).
I'm sleeping a little better each night, as I get used to the mask, and figure out how to get it set up (running the hose so it drains, rather than puddles any condensation, and getting the humidity sorted out). I'll have to call the supplier shortly to get the nasal pillow swapped out for a new mask, since I paid for it, and they have a 30-day comfort guarantee.
Still feeling tired, but not completely exhausted, so there's improvement, but also room for more.
