I made pulled pork the other day. Unfortunately, I don't have a smoker yet, so I had to do it in the oven. It didn't turn out as well as I had liked but it was still REALLY good.

d00d...this is why we have a massive crock pot. we do ours in there all day and it's OMGDELICIOUS.

I wanted better temperature control. I don't know what temp my crock pot is at, and I know my oven was at 225.

Oh, and that last picture is coleslaw. Forgot to label that one.

The neighbor made salt potatoes, green beans, and apple sauce (actually made it, not just opened the jar).
