I've been finding lately, that whenever I sleep on my stomach, I wake up with shooting pains in my back. The crappy thing is, I have no control over how I end up when I'm sleeping, and I sleep my best WHEN I sleep on my stomach.

I can't tell if it's a muscle thing or if I'm pinching a nerve in my back or what, but it sucks, and it's getting OLD!
