I came to the realization yesterday that we may not be able to have Christmas lights on this house this year, as we have no exterior outlets to actually plug them into. :( This makes me sad.

Maybe I can get something in this weekend. We'll see.

considering the whole OH HAI BUYING HOUSE MOVING IN thing, and its proximity to the holidays, i'm tickled you're even considering putting stuff outside. :P get those electric candles for the windows, hang a dollar store wreath in each, and that'll get you through the year. focus on the move and getting the house livable, first. :P

I'm thinking lights around the windows on the inside, like we do with the apartment. It's better than nothing.

A tree is most likely a no-go this year. I can deal with that. But I need lights.
