We closed on the house yesterday.
We're officially home owners!
Now the fun starts: This weekend will be painting and planning. Next weekend (long holiday weekend) we'll be sanding and starting to finish the floors.

Date: 2008-11-21 04:27 pm (UTC)The nice part about this house is that we'll have close to a 100% return on every dollar we put into the house. I know it's not possible to get ALL our money back, but it was priced low enough, and we're buying at less than the assessed value, so we really only have one way to go with the value.

I suggest getting a legal pad for your to-do list. It will not get shorter. Ever. LOL!!
