aphoenixrain's book, and a little of Danny Wegman's book and made my own "gourmet" burgers.
I just mixed a little garlic powder and some tomato basil feta cheese into 1lb ground beef and cooked them up (had to pan cook them since I can't have a grill :(. Grilling would have been much better). Either way, they tasted GREAT!.
