Tuesday night, I borrowed a bit of [livejournal.com profile] aphoenixrain's book, and a little of Danny Wegman's book and made my own "gourmet" burgers.

I just mixed a little garlic powder and some tomato basil feta cheese into 1lb ground beef and cooked them up (had to pan cook them since I can't have a grill :(. Grilling would have been much better). Either way, they tasted GREAT!.

I've been trying to use up some onions and peppers that I made last weekend, so I just did the typical ketchup, mustard, and onions and peppers. I've also seen suggestions to use sour cream.

Oh YUM!

I use that tomato basil feta with chicken, sauteed onions and bell peppers, mozzarella and egg noodles in a casserole. It's soooo good.
