camper4lyfePicked up a bottle of sleeping aids last night on the way home.
Had my group meeting for class, took 2 pills (directions say 1-3), and passed out around 9:30. Would have been a great sleep had I not had to get up at midnight to pee. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Feel quite a bit better today than I did yesterday, but still tired, though it's my normal level of tired.
Next year I'm going to get tested for sleep apnea. If my new doctor won't get me tested, like my current doctor, I'll keep changing doctors until I find one that will.
