I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in roughly a week, if not longer.
The past couple nights I just couldn't fall asleep.
Last night I laid in bed for 2 hours waiting to fall asleep while fighting something resembling leg cramps, though I don't know that they're actually cramps, as my leg muscles don't tighten up, they just hurt...in waves.
I'm probably going to stop at the store tonight to pick up some sleep aids and pass out shortly after my group meeting finishes up tonight.

Date: 2007-12-17 01:38 pm (UTC)also, try to walk around at work if you sit for long periods. this is a common problem. getting a professional massage can also help, provided you go through a massage therapist and not a masseuse.
