Interviewed....
Feb. 26th, 2007 08:54 pm1.) You seem to have undergone a large amount of personal growth in the past 3 years especially. What are *you* most proudest of?
I would have to say the thing that I'm MOST proud of is the fact that I'm FINALLY growing a set of balls and I'm not as afraid to stand up for myself. It's taken a long time to get to this point, and I've still got quite a ways to go.
2.) If you could do anything professionally, what would you do?
I would be more than happy being a professional outdoor guide. What could be better than getting paid to live outside?
3.) What's your favorite place to camp/hike locally?
Favorite place to camp (real camping): Man, there are so many places that I've been, it's hard to say just ONE place. I know a place that I'd LIKE to camp at that I haven't yet, and that's camp 2 at Hi Tor. Who could pass up the opportunity to wake up to the view of overlooking the entire length of Canandaigua Lake? Of the places that I've actually BEEN to, I would have to say Rock City in Ellicotville was a pretty cool place. Set up camp, and then go rock crawling.
Favorite place to pretend camp: This is a toss up between Stony Brook State Park and Barlow's cabin at Camp Sam Wood.
Favorite place to hike is a pretty general answer: Anywhere on the Finger Lakes Trail. I don't have a full set of maps for nothing.
4.) What's your favorite book?
"A Walk in the Woods" by Bill Bryson by far is my favorite book. The Barenaked Ladies book I just got may overtake Bill once I finish it though.
5.) What's one thing you would love how to learn to do really well?
I really want to learn to play the guitar. I'm hippy enough that I'd like to sit around a camp fire playing the guitar.
Anyone wanting questions, post up.
