I'm alive, I swear. Or least I think I am...I'll let you know in a couple weeks for sure.

The last few weeks have been crazy. Class has taken up so much of my time and mine, it's almost scary. ONE class!

Work yesterday was insane. I had 3 hours to get things set up for a coating chamber reconfiguration before I left at 10:30 for the rest of the day.

At 10:30, I left for my class, during which time I had a test. I sit down to take the test and take out my calculator. I turn on my calculator and nothing happens. Shit. Dead batteries. No big deal. I grabbed some from work before I left. Pop out the new batteries, pop in...shit. FUCK! Wrong size batteries!

I had to take my entire test without a calculator.

A test that I just found out I got a 21% on. FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jesus fucking christ, could my day get any worse?

Only plus side is I got ot see Barenaked Ladies in concert last night. Late night means that this morning came WAY too early.

Coffee is a good thing.

And yes, I have the bestest 9 month g/f ever.

Always learn the material so that you won't need a calculator (unless you are using the trig functions). It shows mastery of knowledge. Much like these squirrels:

I did everything by hand. It's just a pain in the ass, and very time consuming dividing 20345.48 by 628.3.

I can only imagine that I totally screwed up on a lot of the math, and the teacher gives very little in the way of partial credit.

Quite time consuming. I know. I'm pretty good at figures though. One time I had the same thing happen to me, but I forgot which class it was, but I ended up getting like a 89 and was still in the top 5% of the class.
