It was really quite easy. I just cut it into chunks/flourettes, threw them on a cookie sheet (I like to put them on aluminum foil just to make cleanup easier), drizzled with olive oil, and threw them in the oven at 350 until they started looking a little roasted around the edges. It's the first time I've made it, so I may try 375 next time to see how that turned out, but 350 worked ok.
