Plugs/wires is VERY VERY easy to do yourself (unless it's a horizontally opposed engine, which, it being a truck, I'm going to doubt) -- look your vehicle up on autozone.com and see what the supplies cost; I'm'a guess less than $100. And seriously, easy fix; just replace one wire at a time (but I'll also guess you knew that). :-)
