I think IKim found our next grill. Right now I'm using a portable $30 gas grill from Walfartmart. It works, but we'll be needing a real grill someday. With the tax return money, and first time home buyer's "credit" (interest free loan from the Gov't), we're looking at one of these:

And what's even better? I can make it BIGGER with a smoker box! Quick review

If we didn't already have a nice grill I'd be all over that. I do want a smoker though after having had a few goodies form our friends' smoker.

That and because I want to moke this piece of awesomeness :D

We're still debating on whether or not to get it...it's money we could spend on a lot of other things...we're trying to be reasonable, but it's difficult with such tasty goodness calling our names from the flames of that grill.
