Interesting observation

I had to run to ihateWal-fart last night to gather supplies for my camping trip this weekend (heading to Lake Clear in the Adirondacks, if you feel like google mapping it). While I was walking through the food section of this Super ihateWal-fart, I noticed that the lights in the freezers kept shutting off. I figure they were just lazy and the ballasts were dead, but it was doing it in every section, and when I walked by, the lights would turn on. I initially thought it was just coincidence, until I looked at the top of the freezers and saw these little while things...motion detectors.

Pretty impressive! Wal-fart's getting energy conscious and letting their cooler/freezer lights shut off when no one's around!

$90 later, I'm home. No wonder I don't go there very often.
