Jeff was several years older than myself (roughly 6). He was a stand-out football player at my high school. He, along with two others, coached my flag football team to the championship (the only year we had this). He grew up going to the same church I did. In a small town, you know everyone, and everyone knows you (well, it used to be that way). I played football with his younger brother. His mother works at the school.
Jeff's life has effected many people across the country. He will be greatly missed.
