Aug. 20th, 2004 12:55 pmIt's official...I'm full (though that's not always a difficult thing for me to do, oddly enough).
Went to The Distillery for lunch. Their website has a coupon for a free appetizer (minus the 2lbs of wings and one other). I strayed away from my norm (I'm a traditionalist...not a big fan of exotic flavors) and went with the garlic wings. So I didn't feel so cheap, I also got a side of onion rings. Once I ordered them, I realized what I was doing, and made a comment to the bartender that NO ONE is going to want to talk to me this afternoon. LOL. OOPS! That's what they make altoids for (sure hope I can find some). I was impressed with the wings, though unimpressed with the rings. HAHA-that rhymes *hides*. I might step up to the cajun garlic wings next time, and go back to the fries instead of rings. But hey...I got $11 (not including type) worth of food for $7.52 (WITH tip). Can't beat that with a stick...unless it's a totally free meal, but that doesn't count in my book (It's my journal damnit, and I SAY SO! HA!)
Ok. Back to the world of the working dead.
Bowling tonight (FREE) after the league meeting. WOOHOO!
