God I hate doctors. They decide to tell me that I have high blood pressure. Fuckers. Can't figure out why...I eat well, and work out...what else can I do? I can't change my genes...fuck...just what i need to add to my depression that he claims i have...which is causing early morning insomnia...which explains why I can't sleep more than 8 hours...
