Holy shit!
I read this in the 'Letters to the Editor' in today's D&C
Deeper worries than a Mercedes dent
Thank goodness for the April 9 letter writer who made us all aware of the horrors that Mercedes-Benz automobile owners must constantly face — dents and bruises in supermarket parking lots.
For too long my attention has been wasted on the victims of the tsunami and the events of the war in the Middle East, but now after reading that letter I can be more focused on a much more important issue, victims of dented Mercedeses.
Even as my own family deals with the stresses of childhood cancer and job loss, I realize that we are the lucky ones because we can only afford an unreliable secondhand vehicle, and my thoughts and prayers should be going out to that poor Mercedes owner because he's probably losing sleep worrying about his dents and bruises.
