Who saves the savior?

Yeah, It's a great feeling helping other people. But what happens when I need help? When I need someone to talk to? What happened to all those people that I helped? Where are they when I need them? They've all gone off and left me to fend for myself, with the exception of a few, whom I am greatful for. But what do I do when they're not here?
Exactly.
Nothing.
Because I'm just not good enough.
